NicePads.com us a new company that will change the way you rent your apartment. Our system will allow you to fill out information, including photos, about your property for rent. It'll take you about 10 minutes.
Prospective tenants ("Pad-Seekers") will search online for apartments and find YOUR Pad. They can either contact you by phone or email, or - if you choose - you can have them fill out an information form which we will forward to you, so you don't have to give out your contact information. You can then choose which prospective tenent seems best suited to your Pad.
For the first 60 days we're allowing Pad-Owners to list their Pad on NicePads.com for FREE! Check it out, see if you like it. After 60 days, we'll send you an email and ask you if you want to continue listing your Pad. If you say no, we'll remove it, at no cost to you. If you don't reply, we'll remove it, at no cost to you. If you choose to sign up to continue, the cost will be $50 per month, renewable monthly. Cancel anytime.
